Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes

Call to Order
Trustee Wetzel called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Mr. Platte called the roll confirming that Trustees Wetzel, Fry, and Pieper were in attendance.
Approval of Agenda
Trustee Wetzel moved to approve the agenda as presented. Trustee Pieper seconded the motion. The motion was approved via unanimous roll call vote.
Unfinished Business
2025 Paving and Culvert Replacement Project Bid Opening
The township received bids from LAW General Contracting and Shelly Company.

Consideration of Text and Zoning Map Amendment and Final Development Plan Socrates South, Will-Power Ohio LLC (The Williams Company) for four parcels at the SE corner of Morse Road and Mink Street.
The township received a letter from the applicant requesting the Board of Trustees table the decision until the June 2, 2025 Trustees meeting to allow them additional time to fully evaluate the Final Development Plan (FDP) and the Economic Development Agreement (EDA).
Trustee Wetzel moved to accept the request from Tara Meek with The Williams Company to table the decision until the June 2, 2025 Trustees meeting. Trustee Pieper seconded the motion. The motion was approved via unanimous roll call vote.
Public Hearings - 7:30 p.m.
Worthington Road Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) Agreement
Trustee Wetzel moved to open the public hearing at 7:30 p.m. Trustee Pieper seconded the motion. The motion was approved via unanimous roll call vote. Trustee Wetzel moved to continue the hearing until June 16, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. Trustee Pieper seconded the motion. The motion was approved via unanimous roll call vote. The public hearing was continued at 7:33 p.m.
Morse Road Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) Agreement
Trustee Wetzel moved to open the public hearing at 7:33 p.m. Trustee Fry seconded the motion. The motion was approved via unanimous roll call vote. Trustee Wetzel moved to continue the hearing until June 16, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. Trustee Pieper seconded the motion. The motion was approved via unanimous roll call vote. The public hearing was continued at 7:36 p.m.
N.E. Mink Road Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) Agreement
Trustee Wetzel moved to open the public hearing at 7:36 p.m. Trustee Pieper seconded the motion. The motion was approved via unanimous roll call vote. Trustee Wetzel moved to continue the hearing until June 16, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. Trustee Pieper seconded the motion. The motion was approved via unanimous roll call vote. The public hearing was continued at 7:38 p.m.

Adjournment
Trustee Wetzel moved to adjourn the meeting. Trustee Pieper seconded the motion and the voice vote on the motion was 3-0. The meeting was adjourned at 7:39 a.m.
