Trash Service and Recycling
The Licking County Recycling dumpsters located at the Jersey Township complex will be removed on or before April 5, 2024. The decision to discontinue Jersey Township as a county recycling site was based largely on the potential liability exposure and site maintenance created by having the dumpsters on township property.
In order to allow the Jersey residents who desire to have a recycling option, the township trustees have negotiated a VOLUNTARY at-home recycling service for an additional $6.00 per month, which includes a recycling cart. Service will be available from Rumpke no later than May 1, 2024.
To add recycling to your regular trash collection service, please contact Rumpke via their website at: www.rumpke.com
